Growing up in a Lebanese household, emotions weren't discussed, they were managed quietly. Writing became my safe space, whether it was in my journals, on my desk or even on some clothes, I always ended expressing myself throught writting.

For years, writing stayed private. But I realized that the pain, the silence of growing up in a home where vulnerability wasn't welcomed so many people carry this weight too!

So I decided to share. I started writing publicly, not just for myself, but to create connection. I believe that when we speak our truths honestly, we give others permission to do the same. Through writing, we can heal together.

I write to liberate. To help people break free from the patterns and traumas that have shaped them, and to build communities rooted in support & compassion.
